The staff here are excellent! Family run business and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay as easy as possible! We were up in Rockhampton from out of town for the birth of our child, and due to certain circumstances out of our control we needed to reschedule our stay for nearly a week later! Not only did the staff accommodate but they did not charge us any extra for the room. Then after the baby was born they even came round and asked us how the family was doing.

After reading reviews, I was very sceptical. But am pleased to say that I have no idea what the negative reviews were talking about because I found the room great. For the price, I found the room exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable, modern and well kept. Plenty of shower soap, shampoo and conditioner available, free wifi that was reasonably fast and conveniently located within walking distance to a Malaysian takeaway and a servo. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Aircon was cold and the water pressure in the shower was great. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.

Motel centrally located, clean rooms, effective air-con, decent size fridge in room. Parking space under cover and near room. Staff friendly and helpful.

I used Cosmopolitan as a way stop on my way to a destination further North and for a stop after a long day of road travel, I found this establishment great for my needs. Right next door was a fuel station, together with a Restaurant across the road from the fuel station. The location was suitable as it was on the edge of Rockhampton and was accessible travelling both to and from my intended destination. Rooms were clean and spacious for the single traveller.

the manager was exceptional in her welcome, care in showing me around the apartment and ensuring my comfort and familiarity with the workings of the place. She was available after hours when I had an issues with the tv remote and quick to respond providing a solution.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and beds comfortable. Great location close to all amenities. We will stay again if we need to. Another happy guests will recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
